This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Zain Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides refunds for our design and development services, including website development, software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Nature of Services

Zain Studio provides customized digital services tailored specifically to each client’s requirements. Due to the time, effort, and resources invested in every project, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All initial deposits (typically 30%–50%) are non-refundable.
Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, research, and planning.
Work begins once the deposit is received.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Before Project Commencement

If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued, excluding:

Transaction fees
Administrative charges

After Project Commencement

If the project has started:

Refunds will be calculated based on work completed.
Completed milestones must be paid in full.
Any unused portion of prepaid funds may be refunded at our discretion.

No Refund After Delivery

Once:

Final files are delivered,
Source code is shared, or
The project is deployed live,

No refunds will be issued.

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured in milestones:

Each completed milestone is non-refundable.
Refund requests will only apply to future, incomplete milestones.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Change in business strategy
Delays caused by client inaction
Failure to provide required materials
Disagreement after prior approval of designs or features

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service:

Please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
Revisions will be provided according to the agreed scope.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction outside the agreed project scope.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Transaction processing fees may be deducted.

Modifications to This Policy

Zain Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
