Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.We will not disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.

Warranties & Disclaimer

Data is only sharHowever, we do not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.ed with partners who comply with strict confidentiality standards.
We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues, plugin failures, API outages, or software updates outside our control.
Ongoing maintenance must be covered under a separate agreement unless explicitly included.

Intellectual Property Rights

Project Termination

Deposits are non-refundable.
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.
Final deliverables will only be transferred after full payment of outstanding invoices.
